Track your order status
Once your online order is completed, go to the Account dropdown menu (Main menu on mobile) and select Order History. Here you can view your order shipping status. For details on the courier company and consignment numbers simply click the View button.
Out of stock alerts
If your selected fabric is out of stock when placing an order you will receive a Stock Update alert as shown below. This lists the fabric's estimated dispatch date in red.
